Semaglutide

Semaglutide is an injectable medication that assists weight loss in certain patients and improves blood sugar control in people with type 2 diabetes.

It is a GLP-1 agonist. It helps regulate blood sugar by increasing insulin release, lowering glucagon levels and slowing how quickly the stomach empties, which together help you feel full and eat less. It has also been shown to reduce the risk of serious cardiovascular events in some patients.

Semaglutide works best under medical supervision and alongside lifestyle changes such as a balanced diet and exercise.

Tirzepatide

Tirzepatide injections

Tirzepatide is an injectable medication that supports weight loss in adults with obesity, or in adults who are overweight and have a related condition such as high blood pressure, diabetes, sleep apnea, cardiovascular disease or high cholesterol.

It acts on both GIP and GLP-1 receptors. That helps manage blood sugar by increasing insulin availability and reducing glucagon, and it slows stomach emptying, which helps reduce appetite.

Like the other options, tirzepatide is used under medical supervision together with diet and exercise.

LIPO injections

LIPO (lipotropic) injections

Lipotropic injections, often called LIPO injections, are supplements designed to support fat loss by supporting metabolism.

They contain compounds such as vitamin B12, along with other substances that help the body break down fat. They can be a helpful addition for people already on a weight loss plan.

LIPO injections are not a stand-alone solution. They should be used under professional guidance and combined with a balanced diet and regular exercise.
